With the Industrial Safety & Hazmat Training Group, you don’t have to worry about your certificate expiring. We maintain records of students’ completed courses and send email notices if refresher courses are due.

If you suspect that a training certificate may be fraudulent, the Industrial Safety & Hazmat Training Group will gladly check the validity of any certificate that we have issued. Just complete the form below and list the name of the person the certificate was issued to, the type of certificate and the date of the certificate.

Certificate Verification

Additionally, the Industrial Safety & Hazmat Training Group will verify that the student whose name appears on the certificate did in fact enroll in, complete, and pass the course listed on the certificate. The Industrial Safety & Hazmat Training Group makes no other promises or warranties about the certificate or the individual in possession of the certificate. • Course name
• Student complete name
• Employer
• Month and year of class
